Morning greens

Want to know something most people probably wouldn’t guess about me? I love Summer mornings – waking AFTER the sun has already risen + walking outside when the coolness of the night still lingers in the air + the song of birds still rings in the trees waking up the world to a new day + the coolness of grass that hasn’t been heated by the sun on bare feet + gardens who’s produce still wet from the nights watering reminds of new life growth + the days first cup of steaming coffee + the quietness –

Sharing some of my morning favorites, I thought it appropriate timing to reveal my favorite way of getting my morning greens into my diet.  I know eating vegetables for breakfast might not sound appealing, but it’s a great kick starter to your day.

{Juicing} – kale + spinach + apples + carrots + celery + peppers + plums + strawberries + lettuce + ginger + broccoli + cabbage – easy, delicious and made to order! All these and more can be juiced and enjoyed to your hearts content. Juicing has so many benefits – helps with getting more condensed nutrients into your body, energizing, helps move digestion, healthy meal replacement option. If you can lean heavier to the greens and veggies rather than the fruits, even better!
